I have only managed to attend one Friday Yin class. However as a complete beginner I was welcomed warmly by the yoga studio owner who introduced me to that evening's teacher who done all they could to help me understand and participate in the entire class. I would highly recommend.

What a gem! Amazing little coffee shop located in the heart of the town. Lovely staff, excellent coffee, and definitely get the banana bread (vegan and gluten free!)

I came to Ramsgate for a funeral so searched for vegan options on the Happy Cow app.
This is how I found your cafe.
I'm so thankful that natural vegan food is available in a seaside town.
I'm from Southend-on-Sea where vegan options are available but mostly fake-meat so not great.
I really wanted to eat here more but was limited by time and obligations.
The way you added ferments, seeds and shoots to the dhal just elevated it. Although white flour, the sourdough was a good alternative.
A wonderful uplifting meal.

Enjoyed an exquisite lunch, shared with a good friend, such fresh ingredients and imaginative menu, everything on it was dreamy. Healthy and delicious - one of the best lunches I’ve had in ages. Lovely people and atmosphere.

A brilliant lunch today. Great staff and Veganuary made easy with a delicious plate of slow roasted tomatoes & olives on sourdough which was sweet but with a touch of heat and seasoned to perfection. I’ll be back ! A great local for Ramsgate and fab decor!
