Amazing place!!!! Love everything about this place: The food, drinks (especially the milkshakes!!!) the decor, ambiance and the staff are always smiling and really make you feel welcome!!! Definitely a good place to meet and chat.

We dropped in for a post steam train ride sweet treat and were amazed by their creations. Despite it being near their closing time on a wet afternoon we were made very welcome and not at all rushed.
Being an American and a huge fan of cordial, this place was the best. My fiancé found it and brought me here and it was amazing. They offer little sampler shots of their cordial if you don’t know what you want (they have a lot of options) and on top of that they have really good recommendations if you have a certain taste. The food was delicious. I got a ham and cheese melt with cauliflower and cheese soup. My fiancé got a toastie with the same soup. Served hot and delicious! The waiter was also a super kind and energetic lady. The vibe here is relaxing and cozy! Will definitely be coming back here next time I visit over the pond!

This review is for how they dealt with my online order of cordials from their website. After emailing to advise my order had not been received the office staff dealt with my issue very quickly and professionally with a replacement order being sent and received within 1 day. Any company can have issues with deliveries using Royal Mail etc but the sign of a good company is how they deal with issues. Thank you everyone for sorting this. Very impressed.
A great visit as always, the staff were brushing as always taking the booking from my daughter over the phone and welcoming as always when we arrived. Food was perfect as always and this is the reason my daughter loves coming here, highly recommended!
