Took my granddaughters yesterday for the first visit to this new Costa and I got very good service from polite staff. The girls chose to have a hot chocolate with marshmallow and enjoyed it that much they ordered seconds this time with a packet of little muffins. I've no bad thing to say about the place or staff. I always tidy our table before we leave anywhere we go and hand the tray to the counter staff. I know I don't need to but every little helps!
Great to be able to sit outside under cover we had the dog with us ! And pass there on our walks so is a great spot to call in when walking the dog �

But would be good if the unit was sealed from the tesco shop as it gets cold quite easy, staff are really good when handling this but they dont have much control of due to the open plan unit.
You can not beat a coffee that is made from James just amazing, spot on for taste and he always give you a coffee with the coffee flower. 🌷
The other baristas are top par and never have complaint about my drinks.
My mother (who is disabled) wasn't happy with her drink and the staff happily explained why the coffee would taste different from her usual and they happily adjusted her drink to suit, she was over the moon by the way the way they handled it. Very impressed with the way they handled the situation 5 stars just for their customer care. ❤ 👏

Situated to left of main entrance of Tesco supermarket with loos available in Tesco store. We'll set out. Consistent, friendly & serving good hot coffee with a smile. Looking forward to being able to sit in again when the time is right. Can get very busy during normal opening so we often get a takeaway anyway and sit on benches in local garden.
Excellent service. Do not feel rushed whilst trying to decide which drink or food to choose. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Situated inside Tesco store, so rest room facilities are available within Tesco. Nice cozy atmosphere and are very welcoming for those with children. Plenty of room for prams along side the tables. Comfy seating with wheel chair accessible tables. Take out available. Lockers are available to store a trolley if you fancy a drink after you have completed your shopping. Always a welcoming smile and a helping hand if needed. Have frequented this particular establishment often and I have never felt pressured to drink up and leave. A lovely drink and great meal or desserts available in a warm, friendly, and relaxed atmosphere.
Staff was friendly we had a laugh about kids 🤣
The Hazelnut cappuccino with Oat Milk was lush alongside the cheese & bean toastie

Costa is nice comfortable place, and nice friendly staff. Plus good coffee and a good choice of good.
I always call in for either a cup of tea if I'm by myself but if I'm with my family they like the cold drinks.
Like today my grandson had a mint choc chip frostarino which I must say was a very nice taste.

This Costa is the best in the area and one of the best I ve been in the staff are so friendly and efficient they keep it really clean and tidy highly recommended 👌 👍 😀
