There was five in our party, one of who had to use a gluten free menu. There is a good choice on both menu's. We all had a lovely time, the staff are very helpful. I have recommended you to a friend whose grandaughter is gluten intolerant.

Took my mum there for Mother's Day. We had a fantastic meal and the service was on point. Even though they had a shift change half way through. The food....oh god the food....BELLISSIMO!!! We ordered three deserts between us as well as we couldn't decide (could've ordered another three) and that were incredible. The melting tower of Eton mess and the mount chocolate etna (I think) and the gnocchi Nutella balls! This is making me hungry thinking about them! Hi there you shouldn't be disappointed!!

We went on Tuesday evening. The place was two thirds fall. We were informed at the start that we would have to wait. The staff despite being very busy were attentive and helpful. The food was delicous. The only reason this review is 4 ibstead of 5 was the air conditioning. It felt colder than 18c. I would take a light jacket or jumper when I go again.

Great experience this time and really friendly staff! Ok, first off I want to be clear that I have already reviewed this location and although the staff was friendly during that visit, it was really unclean!! BIG DIFFERENCE TODAY!! We were seated by Judit and I think she might have been the manager or duty manager; she had that management persona about - in a nice way! She was engaging from the moment we walked in, she encouraged us to pick our seat "anywhere you want to be comfortable" sadly this isn't often a choice given to patrons! Our server was Nathalie (blond), friendly polite and hustled herself around making sure everyone was happy, fed and watered. These two seemed to bounce off each other really well and they looked like a real team - the poor cook who smiled the who way through melting in that kitchen turned out some lovely food that was well presented. This team certainly need some recognition from their company, the service we received was how it should be, customer first!!! We even had our deserts made by Judit's fair hands; I noticed that she even made sure she had her catering hat and an apron - good to see someone taking food hygiene seriously. After a naff visit last year and not really wanting to return, I can honestly say I'm sold and will certainly be back again soon!

I am surprised to see bad reviews on here as my family's experience was wonderful. We had latecomers in our party and the staff was really patient about it. Food was hot and delicious and delivered promptly. There weren't many staff maybe that's why others have had issues, but our experience with our friendly waitress was lovely.

ASK in Rayleigh was a really good place. The access for my wheelchair was good, and so was the access to the toilets. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. The restaurant was clean, bright, airy and comfortable. The portions were generous and, when I couldn't eat all of my main meal (superbly cooked pork.... Yummy and too good to waste!), they simply boxed it up for me to take home. Clearly I loved this ASK, parking was easy and I'm definitely going back!

A last minute decision as I was held up and didnt want to cook! I think Ask has raised its game in both menu and food. It was not 'busy', so the noise level was fine. When a lot fuller, the noise reverberates around the hard surfaces and it is very loud. Tonight was lovely.

The food was good. The service was good the place was very clean inside. How ever the air condition made in very very cold that was the only problem that l could see. But you can make up your own mind about the restraunt

Really great food and service. We had a voucher to use here with a set menu, but it had lots of choice and the food was delicious! We had the arancini and chicken lecca-lecca, both of which were amazing starters. For mains, we had the chicken and mushroom risotto which was heavy but yummy, and finally for dessert we had the tiramisu and the honeycomb cheesecake, both of which were rich but delicious. Our servers were kind and friendly and it was a nice meal. Definitely recommend a visit! :)

Enjoyed a very lovely Garlic Bread starter and then possibly the most amazing Margharita pizza I have ever eaten. After all that I enjoyed a very pleasant 'Chocolate Etna' to finish. All food was great and so was service, and I know that everyone else who was with me thoroughly enjoyed their meals. Great restaurant and plan on returning.

A nice range of food, reasonably staffed. Generally it's quite quiet in here as the location isn't particularly salubrious (I'd recommend not eating outside!) We've always found the staff to be friendly, efficient and accommodating of our little boy.
