Costa Coffee

Given how busy the staff are the service was good. I think it's unfair to criticise the staff. They generally seem very busy and probably aren't paid particularly well. Noise is inevitable given there are lots of people around and it's difficult to make coffee quietly. Trivial complaints seem unnecessary to me.

I would like to thank TIA for her service today. My little girl had poured my drink every where and my little girl was sitting on my lap. Tia rushed over to help me and clear everything up. Didn’t even moan was just so happy to help me out! When your a mum in that situation it is motifiring and Tia made the situation feel much better. She even replaced my drink I haven’t even had a sip off and my daughter biscuits. Just wanted to give her a review, as I felt horrendous but she made me feel so much better. So thank you Tia for your service xx

Such a shame that after the recent refit and freshening up of the store, they still haven't fixed the front door. It only opens half way before catching on the floor making it difficult for pushchairs, wheelchairs, and anyone with mobility difficulties to get in. Update: they've added an 'assistance' button outside but the door still doesn't open fully, so it's still difficult for pushchairs/wheelchairs. I'm currently on crutches and it is difficult to get in and out. They have replaced the smashed window though. Update: the door still doesn't fully open, and people still struggle to get in with walkers and pushchairs. The assistance button settings to confuse people - they expect it to open the door but it just sounds a buzzer behind the counter, but the staff members never manage to get there to open the door before people try to open it themselves.
