Did the drive through on the way home from Cliffs Pavilion. My first drive through 😂 it was perfect. Fast service, friendly staff and tasty food. Just what you want from a McDonald's.

Family of 4 used the McDonald's for the first time. And I must say I'm very impressed with the service, the manager secured a seat for us during a very busy period and even went through the trouble of bringing us our selection of sauces. We definitely recommend this branch if in the area.

Unfortunately got our fussy kids order wrong 3 times... but to be fair, they were very quick and polite in changing it.

Customer service was absolutely phenomal today from someone called Joseph I think? Was extremely helpful when my mother in law was struggling with the touch screen ordering and was very patient and friendly. Assisted me when my order was missing items and ensured it was a priority for him which I understand is hard to do especially in a busy establishment like McDonald's, so I was very pleasantly surprised. Very polite and helpful customer service from this gentleman, which is what I needed especially as I was feeling quite anxious due to having a pregnancy scan soon after.

Considering the time of evening we visited we had to wait a while for the food however, it was pipping hot and fresh chips! I was grunted at when I asked to change part of my order evening before I left the ordering window, but the good was good! Would definitely go again!
