Great customer service! I placed an order for collection & before I made it home received a call to advise I had been given the wrong meal. Straight away I received an apology and was offered to have the meal made and delivered at no extra charge. The meal was delivered quickly and with a free drink & desert. Was very impressed with how the situation was handled & the food was delicious as always!

Had a lovely lunch here today with my three friends. First time we've been and it definitely won't be the last. The food was absolutely delicious, hot and lots of it. Definitely worth a visit. Probably one of the best Turkish restaurants around.

Love the food from this place! I’ve only had takeaway but the flavours are spot on every time and portions are a good size. The meat is succulent and tender and the rice has a lovely Smokey flavour to it! Favourite Turkish in Rayleigh
