Haven't been in this pub / restaurant for a good 12 years..
Called in with my eldest son for a sit down and a couple of drinks...
WOW JUST WOW.. what a fantastic clean and friendly place.. superb atmosphere and when I walked into the garden for a cigarette it just carried on amazing me.. absolutely stunning undercover seating including cabanas you can reserve for small occasions.. (and obviously bigger area's for larger occasions).
Can't recommend it enough, we didn't eat but the food looked very very nice👌.
It's good to see a pub making an effort and if you drive an EV they have a row of chargers in the car park..
Management should be very proud.

Had fish and chips. The chips were like warm, fish had more batter than fish, the others in our party had hunters chicken, said it could have done with being cooked for longer. We love the pub, but won't go back for an evening meal. 😒

I am gluten-free ( not by choice)& vegetarian, fab meal.. but would like to see more vegetarian on the gf menu.

Lovely pub with a great atmosphere and nice selection of drinks. The bar staff are all a friendly bunch and lovely food at good prices. Can highly recommend the burgers. Nice thin patties and you get two of them in the bun.

Very good food, there was 4 of us and we all had a seniors meal & dessert. The prices are very good. We will definitely go back.

Went here for Sunday lunch with my partner and young son. Very welcoming atmosphere, food was fantastic and a great price also. Genuinely a lovely little find and will absolutely be returning.

Went for lunch, nice areas outside, staff were really friendly. Food was fresh and with the deals represents great value without compromise on quality. The small plate deal , 3 for £14, is great 👍.

Staff pleasant and friendly, we asked for a table by the door and with easy access, where we were seated was perfect. Food excellent and service was quick. Nice atmosphere, most enjoyable experience.

There was a group of us 8 7 of us were happy but one lady did not get her dessert and after lots of coming and going staff said she had not paid for a dessert and had to pay another £1 it was a seniors menu which is £6-99for 2courses and she had a small glass of wine and the lady did not know the price of the wine so just thought everything was ok after the dispute she got her dessert but it would have been so much nicer if it was agreed a mistake had been made and on this occasion no extra charge would be made it spoilt our meeting we will be coming back in September and hope normal service will be resumed.
