We recently dined at Papa Gee, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the Napolitan pizza, which I can confidently say is the best in Reading! The perfect blend of flavors and that authentic Italian taste made it an unforgettable dining experience. The restaurant's ambiance and attentive staff only added to the overall charm. I can't wait to go back and savor more of their delicious offerings! Highly recommended. 🍕🇮🇹

Our go to Italian restaurant in Reading. Everything they do is good and very consistent. Awesome pizzas and prawns. Others have been and gone but Papa Gee and Pepe Sale are the dons.

This place is amazing. We went to have a pizza, in my opinion the best in Reading. It was really nice. Service was nice, they served quick. We had dessert as well, my friend said that the tiramisu wasn’t the best but it was fine. I will definitely come back to try more plates!

Our first choice for a meal out with our toddler when the doors opened. It’s comfortable, smells delicious, tastes delicious and indgredients are fresh. It really felt family run and relaxed. we enjoyed the atmosphere of that combination. I reccomend the ice cream!

I keep going back! The best pizza with flavoursome light dough as well as a range of other options that you do not normally find on the menu. Everything is cooked fresh & they are very happy to adjust ingredients to suit your taste.

We are regulars at Papa Gees and the food is always great, with superb service! It has a great homely feel that gave us a lot of respite whilst redoing our kitchen for many months. We will continue to go as often as possible!

What a wonderful place! Everyone was very welcoming and friendly and the food was absolutely fantastic! We celebrated our son's birthday at Papa Gee and apparently it was the best dinner ever. :)

Such a lovely place. The interior is cosy, the service is super friendly, and the food was incredible! We had the antipasto misto and polpette to start, with some homebaked sourdough which was warm and fluffy and gorgeous. The main was the calabresse pizza, topped with burratta. Can highly recommend!

This is an authentic Italian (Neapolitan) restaurant/pizzeria. Cozy, lovey and family run, which makes it even more special. Way far from the fake italian food, commonly served in the most famous chains.
On top of the delicious food, the staff is amazing and friendly. We had the pleasure to meet the lovely Odette, that made our dinner even more special. ♥️

An excellent small but pleasant restaurant in the middle of Caversham. The food is cooked to perfection and with care. Good Italian touch is present in the service with polite and knowledgeable staff.
The seating are a bit cramped in a small place but who cares when the food is great!

This is the Home of the Best Pizza in Reading! If it is good food and a great atmosphere you are looking for this is the place! The staff are friendly and attentive and, although the Restaurant is a bit on the small side this makes it cosy. They have a good Wine list to go with their food. I have taken friends and family members here and they have all had a really lovely meal. Give it a try, this Italian restaurant is fantastic!

I love this place even though it's too small.
The service isn't that great, neither is the decor, but all that is irrelevant when you see the pizzas and the other food (I had a risotto).
It's a family place and the staff have a family vibe going, and it makes me feel at home.
They use the same ingredients as the pizzeria over the road but it is so much better.
It's the atmosphere that makes it; crowded, chaotic and Italian.
