Very cosy restaurant. Good service. Fair price. Been there a few times and food were delicious. One of the best Japanese restaurants I have ever been. Atmosphere was a bit too quiet. Would be better if there is background musics.

Second time ordering takeaway from them, all really delicious 😋 the ramen is good but not as good as the ones we had in Japan though but one of the best ones in Reagan. Sushi is fresh and tasty, with good portions, and the delivery is always on time 👍

Quite tasty, I wouldn’t say it’s the best Sushi I have had but it’s definitely worth ordering again. The online menu wasn’t easy to read on the website, tried to make it bigger but it keeps jumping and disappearing. Communication could be better but they are so friendly, I would definitely order again.

I ordered take out of some basic tuna sushi and katsu curry. I turned up and put the order in quite late approaching the closing time if the restaurant. Even so the person who served me was very nice and the food came out super quickly.
The food was tasty, I think the sushi could have been better but I reserve judgement as i think I should try some of the more elaborate sushi before making final judgement.
The decor was pleasingly anime based and I would be very happy to eat in next time. Although the restaurant is small so will likely need to book in advance.
I'd certainly revisit and will update the review accordingly once I do.

I absolutely love this place, it is our go to for sushi. It's a homely little restaurant, very authentic and the atmosphere is very calming. The staff are wonderful and always make sure everything is running smoothly and that we have everything we need. Can highly recommend!

The food is fresh, tasty and I'm honestly obsessed, plus the restaurant's calming atmosphere. The staff are also so lovely. I have convinced so many people to try it and not one person is disappointed (I do rave about their quality a lot). Highly recommend :)

Driven past here every week since it opened, had the pork broth ramen which was really very good and which was made right in front of us. Would say best in Reading! I've tried them all.
Will be coming back, other dishes made in front of us all looked great too.
And Coke and other drinks are shop prices! not usually triple shop price you get at everywhere else.

Great takeaway for a very good price! Polite and friendly guy on the phone and in shop. Really loved the sushi. I will be checking the place out again, it has a nice little seating area in front of where the chef cooks so looking forward to trying the food in-house!

A bit on the expensive side, but the overall experience is worth it. The restaurant is on the small side, and the sitting is bar-like, where your food will be cooked right in front of you. Having been to Japan myself - I know this is an accurate depiction of local Japanese eateries. If an authentic Japanese eating experience is what you’re after, then Sen Sushi is definitely to be checked out. As I’ve said, the food is cooked right in front of you, so you can guarantee its freshness. Aside from the freshness of the food, the food in itself is also very flavourful and true to its traditional taste.
PS. Out of all the Japanese restaurants I have been to, their Udon soba is the best. They are melt-in-your-mouth good!
