Tgi Fridays - Reading Oracle

Have been only a handful of times but every time has been fabulous the price is definitely worth it as I have never found the food to be irregular or have something wrong with it in my experience. All the staff are always very welcoming and always try to help us if there was an issue (I did have to wait a very long time for my food once despite it not being that busy).

Great customer service, Pabitra the person that served us was very helpful, friendly, attended to all our needs and made sure we were well looked after. A valuable member of staff. Only issue we had was the chap in the kitchen was on his mobile phone whilst cooking food, handled the next customers plate without washing his hands after being on his phone! He might take his phone to the toilet etc, so a hygiene issue?

Chosen by my niece for her birthday meal. They made a fuss of her which was nice. Food was good, a bit pricey for some of the dishes but the portions were big. The garlic chips (sorry no photo) my nephew had were excellent. The American Mixed Grill was a board full of meat, didn't need much for the rest of the day after that. Staff friendly and attentive. Soft drinks were on refill so this was a good deal. Right in the centre of Reading near the car parks.

We visited here for lunch and were warmly welcomed by our friendly waitress Sascha! She informed us of the summer offer where kids eat free with a main meal that we would be able to use. She was the only waitress serving around thirteen tables and still managed to provide the best of service! A great experience!

I booked the cocktail master class for my daughters Hen Party and all I can say is WOW !! Absolutely amazing experience, the staff were fantastic! Unfortunately I didn't get the name of the fantastic guy running the class, he made the experience so much fun and was an absolute star! Thank you so much for making my daughters Hen do such a success! Outstanding service ,food,cocktails and value for money!
