Lovely friendly service, very helpful, clean and every thing clearly labelled, information about covid restrictions and instructions up and very informative, just a shame cant use establishment to rest as love all Starbucks coffee shops but fully understand why we cant just yet...

The staff is always so friendly and kind. They have a few nice words for everyone. But the shop should be little bit more clean during the day.

I have been coming to this Starbucks for a while now and it is by far my favourite place to get a coffee. The staff are always very friendly and warm. On Sundays I bring my son for a croissant which he loves. The staff are very accommodating.
The manager (Amanda) I think, is very friendly and professional. After a long day I like to pop in for a coffee in a friendly atmosphere and this Starbucks is the place for me.

Good range of coffees and teas, with a range of light meals (including veggie options) and plenty of sweet savoury snacks. It tends to be busy, particularly at weekends, but finding a place to sit is rarely a problem. Only issue is meals available are quite small.

Great location, can believe how enthusiastic the staff are for each time I have been there. They have really good customer service, they know my name with out me having to tell them.

Good drinks, but I went to scan my points card and it didn't accept, I sat and enjoyed my white Xmas hot chocolate to realise I scanned my Costa card :D
