Lovely friendly service, very helpful, clean and every thing clearly labelled, information about covid restrictions and instructions up and very informative, just a shame cant use establishment to rest as love all Starbucks coffee shops but fully understand why we cant just yet...
We don't get mochas where we live so I enjoy the opportunity and Starbucks does a good one.
I have been coming to this Starbucks for a while now and it is by far my favourite place to get a coffee. The staff are always very friendly and warm. On Sundays I bring my son for a croissant which he loves. The staff are very accommodating.
The manager (Amanda) I think, is very friendly and professional. After a long day I like to pop in for a coffee in a friendly atmosphere and this Starbucks is the place for me.

The staff is always so friendly and kind. They have a few nice words for everyone. But the shop should be little bit more clean during the day.
Good range of coffees and teas, with a range of light meals (including veggie options) and plenty of sweet savoury snacks. It tends to be busy, particularly at weekends, but finding a place to sit is rarely a problem. Only issue is meals available are quite small.
Emily was great. Made my drink just as asked with a big smile, even though I know I can be particular. Friendly bubbly service with coffee made just the way you like it! 🙏🏼
Great location, can believe how enthusiastic the staff are for each time I have been there. They have really good customer service, they know my name with out me having to tell them.
Lovely coffee and staff. Staff worked really well together to get the drink out fast and to a high standard.
The staff are honestly brilliant. They're so nice and it's like a warm welcome as soon as you come in.

Good drinks, but I went to scan my points card and it didn't accept, I sat and enjoyed my white Xmas hot chocolate to realise I scanned my Costa card :D
