Popped in for a spot of lunch with a friend. We were greeted with a very polite and bubbly barman whose name was Christian. He was very accommodating, and made our experience in Yates an enjoyable and relaxed one.Had the 5 dish sharer / starter. Food was great, but temperature could be hotter, however, we ate it.😁😁

Came in for a few drinks with a friend, Ana the only girl working was amazing and very welcoming, then one gentleman came and sat and helped book a Christmas dinner, he was very approachable and very knowledgeable. Will 100% be coming back.

Can’t beat the prices and choice. Decent garden with heat lamps for the winter nights. Last week I observed the bar manager doing a really good job in controlling a large group of drunk students - he handled it very well and made sure it didn’t impact on the better behaved students and the more mature customers.

Had a great night at Yates! Kea who served us was amazing, she was so welcoming and even helped us with our drinks choices. The building itself is really impressive! A nice hidden garden out the back which I did not expect. Must be great for sports with TV everywhere as well. The food was good and really well priced! Will definitely be returning.

Went in for lunch today and was extremely happy with my visit. The food (fish and chips) was lovely and well portioned and the staff that served me at the bar and served my food were lively, very friendly and welcoming. I would definitively come again for lunch on a weekend at atmosphere, food and staff were great!

A good lively place till silly o'clock... theres 2 floors upstairs bar and dance floor, and a large outside area ...dont forget ID for security reasons!

A lovely relaxing pub and bar type of restaurant. I went there with some friends for a Christmas dinner and a catch up for the year. Loved the atmosphere, music and service. The christmas food was lovely also. Thank you. I enjoyed my first visit and look forward to another future visit.

Great pub and club, nice cocktails very affordable and with good music. The kitchen was close at 9 pm

Prices are below average for drinks so it's a great place to go drink something nice. The place could get a bit dirty but this is not something new. The bartender's are really nice and helpful. Overall I would recommend this place for a good night out with friends.
