Never had any problems returning or exchanging (children's) clothes for my daughter. Staff are friendly and helpful and serve you with a smile . Customer service training here is obviously very good.

Amazing store! Bought both in store and life saver for online pick up and as well one of my Amazon pick up points.
Picked up loads of especially gents suits for work - great fit and fantastic value. Bought more than 10 ties too! Great place when I need the attire for work.
Nice home and beauty sections too.
Big shout out to Danny who has been sorting me out on the evening shift - customer service here is perhaps the best in the Oracle! Great job and keep it up!

A lovely colleague called Megan helped me today during their sale. My partner and I had been shopping all day and even though she was covering the floor by herself, she still helped me find what I was looking for and even asked how my day was. Next should be grateful to have such a nice member of staff.
