I can not fault the staff or the coffee. The staff are always very helpful and friendly and the coffee is great. However I have one complaint and that is no toilet facilities. That's not the fault of the staff so doesn't stop me using this Costa branch.

A small Costas, with inny and outy seating. The staff are polite, quick and competent. I usually visit 2-3 times a week. Try the flat white Colombian lots of flavour but little acidity. Only minor issue is I find most of the cakes/pastries a little too sweet but that is a matter of individual taste and the savoury eats hit the spot nicely.

Really cosy and wide menu with seasonal food and beverages. Enjoyed my time here but I would be better if there was more seating area. Really like the Ruby Hot chocolate

Good coffee, staff willing to help.
Always find the takeaway cups are too hot as I get an americano black there's no milk to cool the drink. Some branches use 2 cups, but Costa should come up with a better solution.

Usually quicker service than the other town centre Costas. Usually friendlier staff too. Can get crowded but that must be a good indicator, especially as there are at least 3 other coffee shops within 50 metres
