Nice food, but where the hell did those 80's casuals appear from on the pavement outside? Hit one with my bike - I had no chance. Now need to get new mud guards! Gutted. Still the delicious kebab made up for it.

This was my go to place for haleem and nehari served with fresh naan. Was disappointed when they closed down . I am now very happy that the Restaurant is back open and under new management, They have done some good work in renovating the place. It needed it. The food is good quality. All the curries are really nice but haleem is the best !

Sure it's not a top gun restaurant. It's a normal takeaway. The taste though is authentic. The Halleem and Payey (lamb foot) are my favourite. Biryani is good and in general it's a good place to grab something to take home or sit and eat quickly. Centrally located. Of all the takeaways in Reading this will be my no 1 choice purely for the value.

If Simplicity wins your hearts.. this is a place.. an ordinary food joint with fantastic food.. you can even ask the staff to make something you like.. if possible they will try it.. a custom Dahl or egg bhurji.. I would visit again for sure..
