Fabulous hotel with very attentive and professional staff who go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. My room was very comfortable, clean, warm and well appointed. The only issue was the TV that had only 3 channels but a member of staff bought a DVD and a selection of DVD's to watch. I hope to stay here again soon.

The spa treatment was amazing, would definitely recommend.The hotel was nice and comfortable, staff were friendly, good cocktails at the bar. The food choice at the restaurant wasn't great, but there's a lot of options a short walk away and the burgers in the bar are very good!However, sightly marred by the unexpected parking charge, which was pretty steep given we're spa and hotel customers, so spent a fair bit.Staying in the second most expensive suite you'd expect everything to work but the cold tap in the second sink doesn't work, the fireplace doesn't work and the DVD player doesn't work. We were offered to go in the cinema, but given the current situation, staying in your own room is preferable and more comfortable. The lamp by the desk also flickered on and off.Overall I'd recommend, but the small touches/annoyances weren't quite what you'd expect

Looks like a very old and scary building from far but once you are inside, you feel like you are at home, actually more than home, it is very welcoming, warm inside and well trained staff... Also 1 minute walking distance to the town centre and everything you need is less than one minute away. I can highly recommend here to anyone who comes as a business or as a family, suitable for everyone.

Amazing. The staff were warm and friendly and the room was cleaned daily. The bath is huge and great for a glass of prosecco that comes with the room. The cinema can be booked at a time that suits you and the movie selection is good. The decor itself is beautiful, with a great aesthetic for weddings.
