Convenient drive thru. Quick friendly service. Lovely festive cups. Hazelnut and Praline latte was nice but the bits in the latte were not very nice. A great place to grab food and drinks to go.

Great place with a drive through, and also a very nice sit-in cafe. Service is always excellent here.

Love this place as it's east to get to and allows service dogs to go in. Also serves puppucinos, but unlike their Scompetition who gives them away for free, charges £0.50 for the expresso size one.

Brilliant and enthusiastic service received just now using the drive thru. She took my order with such a delightful welcome greeting I was actually surprised. It's just a pity I didn't take her name so that you can give her some recognition and praise!

I prefer inside seating rather than drive thru. Staff are always very polite, the place can be understaffed on occasion but they manage well.

Our weekly Sunday family destination for our lunch and coffee. Never disappoints and David who’s an absolute legend always deliver on a great customer service. He always goes an extra miles and handles all types of situations very well. For example today restaurant had a broken coffee machine but yet David managed to get us great alternatives and served all food as we like. What an experience. He’s a real credit to your company! Well done mate! Keep up the great work! The coffee shop is stunning and always super clean!

This drive through Costa Coffee is conveniently located at the Sutton Business Park in the outskirts of Reading not far from the A329M . It had plenty of parking in case you want to sit in. If in a rush, the drive through gets you all the Costa goodies without leaving the car. Just opposite is a brand new Aldi shop where you can get all your groceries and more for a bargain price.
