I mean it’s subway so food was as to be expected, the staff there weren’t trained as well, but still overall good experience.
Special thanks to Anis while we were busy in catching the trains on the 22nd Dec. evening! I was half deaf but Anis and his colleague served us very well with good patience. Without their help, my wife and I would miss the train. Subway should be proud of them and please do let them know about our thanks and appreciation!
The bread in the sandwhich was mouldy got food poisoning the next day never again the other half also had mould.
One of the best subways in terms of service. The staff are very polite and caring about orders. Also, nice ambiance inside Brunel arcade inside Reading station.
