Had an appointment at the Loddon Vale Surgical Unit, Woodly , for minor surgery. A most pleasant experience . Mr Thorpe and his Nurse restoring my faith in the NHS. Professional and friendly. I wish I had a GP like that at my Surgery.

I have to congratulate this exceptional team (from admin, to nurses and doctors) for their amazing job and care towards patients in need. We had 2 emergency situations with our little boy while in the practice and if wasn't their quick actions and excellent performance, he would not be with us anymo
I don’t know why this practice gets such bad reviews. Receptionists are always friendly and polite with me if you treat them with respect. Nurses and Doctors are great too.
