I have been consulting with Dr Rattue over the last few months.I recently broke a vertebrae in my spine and was in hospital for quiet some time .
On returning home I have nothing but the absolute best treatment.She is kind ,caring ,very efficient and has gone over and above with her care .

I see a nurse every 12 weeks for an injection to treat my cancer, and again every 16 weeks to give a blood sample for the hospital consultant's review. Nancy, Elaine, Gemma, Sara and Katie have always been welcoming, friendly, kind, professional and respectful. These wonderful nurses have always brightened my day and it's been a privilege to enjoy their friendship.

Had an appointment at the Loddon Vale Surgical Unit, Woodly , for minor surgery. A most pleasant experience . Mr Thorpe and his Nurse restoring my faith in the NHS. Professional and friendly. I wish I had a GP like that at my Surgery.

I don’t know why this practice gets such bad reviews. Receptionists are always friendly and polite with me if you treat them with respect. Nurses and Doctors are great too.
