Pearls Bubble Tea

I frequent here a lot when I am on Campus; the drinks are always super tasty and the staff are usually very helpful. In particular, the area manager who is this absolutely lovely older (possibly Ukrainian) lady who is sometimes serving and is a dream to have making your drink; she is so sweet and really wants to make sure you get exactly what you're paying for so always go when she is working and you're sure to find a drink for you and even if you're not happy go back because she once remade mine exactly how I wanted!!!!

Customer service was excellent, the workers are so polite and informative when helping us choose our desired bubble tea. They are extremely fast at making the tea at such good quality and the prices are very reasonable and affordable. I would definitely recommend ordering the chocolate and original bubble tea 10/10. I will be a regular customer!!

This place is fab. It's small but the staff are welcoming, efficient and I would highly suggest if you don't know what to get, asking the staff there what they can recommend. I didn't know so they made me a Blueberry Lemonade with pineapple jelly and apple exploding pearls. It was so yummy! Will be going back very soon.
