Amazing restaurant I would recommend to my circle every day. Didn’t expect to find such a place in Tilehurst/Reading. I went for something simple (tandoori smashed burger) and I was very impressed. We visted Zyka this evening as a family and what can we say, amazing atmosphere with the new decor! Outstanding food with new items on the menu and the service comes with a smile. A great authentic family run resturant.

This place is amazing! The menu is quite unique and the atmosphere is mesmerising. Great choice of foods, highly recommended for anyone looking for some great indian in the area. PS: The picture is of Paani puri which is difficult to find in most indians. Must give it a try😉

I've lived in many places in the UK being in construction. I eat a lot of Indian food, so I feel I'm well placed to pass judgement having eaten curry in I would guess over 100 restaurants and take aways. Can I just say Zyka is the best, there was only one who can compete but would probably loose the competition in the best indian I've ever had. I have tried many dishes over the years and never had a bad one, from starters to desserts and everything in between Zyka is exceptional, which is why it is the only curry house I ever use now in the Reading area. I've never been in for a meal but I hope to some day. Great work guys, you clearly have a passion for food, it shows. Thanks for continuing to surpass exceptionalism.

If you are looking for a fancy restaurant this is not the place for you, the restaurant is noisy and buzzing with excited dinners, always busy, and you have to bring your own drink, which the staff will happily open and pour for you with no corkage charge. The food is Amazing, I am working through the menu and have not been disappointed yet, certainly the best Indian food around this area, their takeaway service is excellent too, highly recommended, keep up the good work guys your customers really appreciate you !

Food was delicious, friendly staff. Why Zyka have won so many awards is obvious once you dig into the food. We thoroughly enjoyed the Wednesday Banquet Deal.

Excellent meal and 1st class service. No alcohol license but you can bring your own in. ( Off-licence next door). Wednesday buffet allows either choice of naan or rice with main meal. Also includes starter.

I came here 2 years ago. Finally felt brave enough to open up and leave a review. The food was amazing. Probably the best Indian food I’ve ever had (I’m Indian). The extremely handsome and fine looking gentleman wearing round glasses served me with class and the upmost respect. I was very impressed. Then the food arrived. I ordered Salmon Jalfrazy. Upon first glance I was taken aback by the sheer presentation of the salmon jalfrazy. The tenderly smoked, finely season salmon laid there covered in a rich oozing jalfrazy sauce resting on a bed of soft white rice. It was perfect. I picked up my spoon filled it with a chunk of salmon and put it in my mouth. As the juices flowed through my tastebuds, I was in awe. It was an out of this world experience I definitely will never forget for years to come. Definitely recommend to anyone pondering on what to eat in and around Reading and will recommend to all my brothers across the South Asian region. Thank you for your service

We had the most amazing takeaway from here, can’t believe we haven’t tried it before considering they are just down the road. Can’t wait to order again, the most tastiest food! Was a little sad poppadoms weren’t complimentary but that won’t stop us ordering again :) DELICIOUS

Amazing food - really every dish was superb and 2 were made “off menu” - with exceptional, friendly service. Parking round the back. Great prices with any alcohol purchases can be made next door at the convenience store. Simply brilliant, thank you.

A fantastic meal with amazing flavours, well priced too. I normally don't eat out due to sensitivity but this really was beautifully spiced and tasty food. Highly recommend to anyone looking for authentic food with flavour.

Lamb Tikka Biriyani fantastic, as was the Chicken Biriyani. Bhindi Bhaji lacked flavour and the veg curry was sweet. All round It was a good takeaway and the service was lovely. Also the food was piping hot. But as I am Asian I guess I am accustomed to a certain level of flavour and punch. I'll be back for the biriyanis for sure!
