Absolutely perfect cafe to stop at on your Thames Path walk. This is my favorite cafe on any of our 300 miles of trail walking in the UK. Many dogs and children around. Fun games on tables. Chill atmosphere. Friendly staff. Great food. Nice location. About the best I can imagine.
Sitting here eating cake and drinking tea after eating all day breakfast. Already planning to bring my wife and returning next time I am in Reading. Brilliant hidden gem well worth a visit. Thank you for great meal, brilliant service and lovely atmosphere you have created.

I love this cafe Mandy and Donna have made it such a lovely place. All the staff are friendly and so helpful. I am a Coeliac and they are so careful when I choose something to eat. They let me check ingredients and are hot on cross contamination. I can't thank them enough for giving me a local spot
Lovely team running this bijou cafe. Delightful views across the field towards the River Thames. The cakes are delicious. My Victoria Sponge cake was brilliant.. Definitely having another slice next visit. Plenty of outside seating, widely spaced (for social distancing) and same inside.
