Natalie and Kelly care so welcoming and advices us on what to have and drink. Also come over several times to make sure we was ok even after bottomless brunch finished to make sure we was ok they made our afternoon 5 star service and could not be made to feel any more welcome

Natalie and Kelly made our whole experience. What lovely women that obviously holds customer service as their main priority, such welcoming, outstanding ladies with a personality to match. Nothing was ever too much trouble- make these girls managers! As for the blonde lady- she needs to look up what customer service is- rude!

Came to Playlist Live to celebrate my Birthday. The night was great but our Waitress Kels made the night even better with her amazing energy, banter (AND great singing). Even when their was a technical issue with the music she kept us entertained! She's a one in a million employee!

Amazing experience. The live music was exceptional with a very unique and quirky way to see a live band. The sound system blew me away also as no matter where you were sat in the venue, you could see and hear the band amazingly.
I'm excited to return to Reading for this venue again

Came here for my sisters 40th... It was mega busy so of course blips with first drinks... But Natalie and Kelly went above and beyond to make sure we was happy. Even to the point of going and buying my sister a cake ❤️ even though it was busy these two made sure my sister had a great 40th.

I've been back to Playlist Live many times and it doesn't disappoint. I've eaten here quite a few times, a variety of different dishes, and they have all been delicious. The staff are always fantastic with their table service and they always have enough staff behind the bar so it's rarely a long wait for cocktails! The live music is always so much fun! The band are excellent! I mean, who doesn't love a sing-a-long??!!

This is a great bar for a night out with the girls! An amazing, super talented live band taking requests and decent drinks!
I had never been here before and this was a last minute choice. When we arrived we were greeted by a nice guy called Nick and he quickly explained how to make song requests. We were also pleasantly surprised to learn it was happy hour!
Drinks were good, requested songs were played and we danced all night. Would definitely recommend!

The Playlist Live is a bar on Friar Street in Reading. First time here for me so a first impression review only. Door staff friendly and Aaron promoting was a nice touch a lot of charisma there (good talking with you 😁). Inside the decor and lighting is dark theme with a raised stage mid way down. And live music. Nice. I enjoyed it though on the night it didn’t have that spark - what I mean is I think we caught it on a quiet night and the atmosphere lacked a bit of energy. I’m gonna try it again as it has promise for sure. Recommended? Yeah give it a go.

We organized a surprise party for my best friend's birthday here and it was our best party ever! We were in love with the musician and the song's choice, each new one was better and better than the previous one! I was to say a special thank you to the Playlist Live staff for being so helpful and organized about the preparation, you made our night the most enjoyable ever!
