If what customers can see is being in this poor condition, I wonder about the staff hygiene, food hygiene and the kitchen hygiene. Shame to the manager/ owner of this location. Disgusting and disappointing, considering that is nearly 2026 not Stone Age!

Nobody order from this place. Think this is acceptable? Only refunded us for the drinks yet the food was also cold. Yeah.. never again from here

I have just picked up my food, Big Mac is cold and chips are chewy and cold!my drive is less than a mile! 2 meals cost £14.63! Really unhappy that they give out food that has clearly been sitting for some time instead of making it fresh or at least ensuring it’s hot!

Good food, when it actually arrived. Ordered breakfast on 20-12-24 order number 26A89 via the McDonald’s app. Random rider pulled up gave us the wrong order which we didn’t accept, no further way to contact the rider, store or courier. Left with no food and no refund.
