Foods great, service a little slow but it was lunchtime so they were rather busy, would have been nice if they'd opened the upstairs seating area as downstairs was getting crammed in the seating area

Good location in Central Reading and it's the best fast food chain in all of town. You need to try it since it tops Popeye's and KFC nearby. Chicken was crispy and succulent. Service was quick and interior clean. My sister really liked the sweet-ish sauce on the spaghetti. My chips were cold however and it was a tad pricey for fast food. Worth a try for the chicken i'd say.
Tried it for the first time, and glad we did. The chicken texture and flavour is different and better than other competitors. The spicy chicken sandwich is a win. The peach mango pie was simply amazing. Must try if in Reading and looking for fried chicken options.

The 4/5 for atmosphere is because the public don't clean up after themselves. Then other people who come, come to a place with a dirty tray looking for seats.
(just to add, this isn't the staff's fault, its the public disregard to basic etiquette)

Brilliant staff and service! We arrived later in the day and despite putting a big order through we were still welcomed and the food tasted amazing! The staff were also very kind and accommodating, shoutout to Queen and all the staff working last night!

Overall would recommend others to try at least once; the fried chicken is good. We got the Chicken Joy Bucket with 4 fries, 4 drinks, and sauces some sauces to try. Staff were friendly and helpful, though the place can be super busy.
