Park Hotel Restaurant

Such friendly helpful welcoming staff, lovely home cooked food and a comfortable clean room. We booked last minute for the Easter weekend, expecting just to get somewhere a bit rubbish, but we had the best stay here and we're pleasantly surprised! There was some renovation work taking place but it didn't effect our stay at all and we were made aware when booking. We will definitely be back, a great place to stay for a value for money trip to the seaside.

Went for evening dinner can't comment on the rooms sorry. But the service in the restaurant was great best fish and chips in Redcar by a seaside mile. The restaurant was tidy and clean, well decorated, but don't look up in the lounge bar area. But I'm sure the new owners will sort this out they can't possibly leave the room in that state. Seating about to collapse ceiling are about to fall in. Don't let this put you off the carvery it top notch the food is great. Drinks a stinger, though cost wise. This is just an honest opinion. I go here regularly for food, it's that good.

We recently had a two night stay at the Park Hotel, our room was clean and comfortable with excellent views of the North sea. I am a coeliac and I had the most delicious mushroom stroganoff for dinner and breakfast was cooked for me totally Gluten Free, I can very rarely get this in 5 star hotels so 10/10 for being able to cater for me. I would like to mention Sarah who was on reception (and also at breakfast) she was excellent very professional Sarah is an asset to this hotel. Julie who took care of our room was also very pleasant and helpful. The staff overall are helpful and I would definitely recommend this hotel.
