My sister (a regular) brought us for breakfast and it was lovely. Perfect size portions and nice coffee too. Dog friendly is always a plus but these guys went above and beyond to make dogs feel welcome. Next time we visit we’ll definitely fetch Gus back for more sausage.

Lovely staff, go above and beyond, even helping patrons across the road. Kind and accommodating. Lovely local customers. Everyone friendly, great atmosphere. Great location, outdoor sitting. Clean and comfortable. Great cuppa, quality tea bags. Homely and delicious food. Great menu, lots of options. We LOVE IT ❤️

No problems bringing our dog in. When our food arrived, there was even a little bonus bowl to keep him happy! The pie of the day was great, and a proper slice of pie, not just some prepared thing in a foil tray. Very good value for money.

I've walked past this cafe a few times on my way into town and noticed that it is quite busy at times. Today it wasn't too busy. I ordered a full English which came with a mug of tea (they had a name for it but I can't remember it). The tea came first and was piping hot (great!). Then came the food, I'd opted to replace the hash brown with a slice of bacon (I'm not American!). It at looked nicely cooked but a little cramped on the small plate (It's nice to have room to move your food about). The only niggle was the sausage, was it a chipolata? had it shrunk in the cooking process? Who knows but it was ridiculously small and looked like it had been added as an afterthought. Overall, the food tasted good but was a little expensive given that each component cost £1.

Absolutely lovely little place. It was really busy due to the weather so we sat outside in the sunshine, but the food took no time at all. Great value, and I ended up with a jacket potato the size of my head 😂 The lady who worked there seemed to know a lot of the regulars by name which is great to see these days! Absolute gem of a place and we'll be back to sugar up my son with a monster milkshake sometime soon 👍 x

Extremely friendly welcoming staff even when we turned up with a very large dog! Delicious breakfast. Good value for money. The sausage treats for the dog go down especially well! We have been a few times now and on our last visit the dog treat was upgraded to chicken! Lovely cafe would highly recommend.

This is a well run, busy café. Good food at sensible prices. Staff are polite, friendly and efficient. Service today was first rate and incredibly quick taking into account how busy they were.

Absolutely love to visit here for food and drink. Great to sit and chat in, decent capacity and it's located nearby the high street and seafront so its within the perfect walking distance for a pit stop. Always get the burger and chips from here and it is amazing - especially the chips!

Found this little gem of a cafe whilst looking for a dog friendly restaurant/cafe. Great variety of meals to choose from all cheap as chips but certainly not lacking in quality. Liver and onions was delicious, and great cake for dessert. Staff were very friendly and even the dog got a treat. Will definitely be back again and would recommend it to anyone. 😋👍👍.
