My mum broke her hand after a fall and she was assessed, xrayed, given a caste, xrayed again & given all after care instructions within an hour and a half. Super friendly, professional and respectful service from reception, X-ray and advanced nurse practitioner in ED, Tess - thank you most kindly!

Amazing staff. Thank you to the staff on the Birch Ward. I went in for a procedure petrified, staff did everything to reassure me and it went without a hitch.

What a fantastic A&E, our experience was excellent, all staff from receptionist to consultant were so pleasant, happy to help us, professional. Waiting times were fantastic compared to other hospitals. Our care was so good, I would always recommend the Alexandra Hospital 100%. Thank you everybody.

I attended phlebotomy yesterday and the nurse was an angel. I am super anxious of having my bloods taken especially after having a not so pleasant experience last week elsewhere and therefore referred onto phlebotomy. She was kind, caring and helped to reassure me and relax.
Also, when I arrived at the main entrance to the hospital, I was greeted by a friendly staff member who directed me to where I needed to go which was very helpful and appreciated

Arrived at A&E to save an ambulance bringing me in. The staff triaged me very quickly and a senior doctor called Vicky dealt with me so very thoroughly and with the upmost patience and care. I had to have X-rays and scans and bloods, and despite them being very busy, every member of staff was fantastic x thank goodness for the NHS and thank you everyone at Redditch A&E for being so marvellous x
