I was in Redditch for the day and had time to kill; I sat in this Costa for a couple of hours, drinking coffee and watching Netflix off the wifi. The service and facilities were up to the standard I expected; the staff were friendly and accommodating—a good selection of seating and all the usual food/drink options.

Always friendly staff, always clean and welcoming. Comfortable seats, Charging points and, as is usually the case with large franchises it runs like a well oiled machine. Very welcoming!

I go in here with my daughter, I don't drink coffee myself but I can get a nice cup of tea and a biscotti mmmmm, love some of the seats, sadly I dont seem to go at the right time the nice seats are always occupied, no matter one day I'll grab one and stick a reserved sign on it ha!

I've always been a fan of Costa. Love their flat white and cake options. My little one loves the toast and babycinos. Usually has seating available and quick service.
