Very disappointed with my order from Papa John’s Redditch branch. I paid £11 for a medium pizza and they served it with no cheese – basically just bread and sauce. For that price, the quality and care should be much better. Clearly not serious about customer satisfaction. I would never go back.
Horrendous place. Terrible staff. Waited an hour for it to arrive and everything was cold. Called the shop only to be called a liar.
Do not bother wasting your money at this awful place.

The most awful experience in the Redditch store , ended up taking the whole order back after being accused of lying about receiving the complete order by a little shouty lad behind the counter , made himself look as ridiculous as he was …
Worst takeaway I've ever had so bland and the dough is like cardboard I think the box it come in would have actually tasted better £40 lighter and I feel violated never again as you will see in the pics that's what was left plus a full large pizza gone straight in the bin and now having to order another meal else where
Pizza was tasty but overcooked. Jalapeño bites were literally cold. I called and the person over the phone was helpful.
