“”Fast”” food.
Complete joke, management need to sort their act out. Wasn’t even all that busy and took them 45 mins to serve 10 cars! Literally 1 car took 5 minutes each! Completely understaffed, couldn’t count more than 4 trying to manage everything. Food was cold, no idea why I used this one as every experience is a disaster, missed sauces, soggy fries. Worst maccies in a 20 mile radius. Do yourself a favour go to the Oakenshaw maccies, it’a night and day, you’ll be in and out in 5 minutes.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. Didn't have to wait long for food even though it was fairly busy. Efficient. Best macdonalds I have been to. Thankyou for a good experience.

The food was delivered over an hour late, stone cold.
McDonalds washed their hands of it. They wouldn't accept responsibility. So, I visited the outlet, handed over the order, and I quoted contract law. Then they replaced the order with fresh hot food, free of charge.

Incredibly slow service, Uber Eats cancelled order after a 2 hour wait making us go to drive thru. Drive thru incredibly slow with no explanation as to why. Don't go here on a Saturday, staff can't handle the pressure.

McDonald's has gone severely downhill these days. All the restaurants local to me now do delivery which has really affected waiting times (dining in and drive thru) and also the quality of food is diabolical, never hot, always luke warm if your lucky. It also seems the Rubery restaurant in Birmingham is now also a place of worship, as every time we go there, there are delivery drivers praying on the floor at the back of the carpark! Nice! You can keep your cold food until these issues are addressed.

This McDonalds is the worst I know of, you can be in a queue for 25 minutes, I can't understand what takes them so long? And I am talking non peak times. Owner just cares about fat 6 million turnover at this one alone probably and he owns more.

Order ahead with the app Right! to save time ! Doesn’t get prepared until your are standing in the restaurant. 12 min wait ! Wow ! With Just Eat, Uber, drivers chaos - what happened to fast food or even Mc Donalds ! Collect food after it was freshly prepared - walk to car - get in and freshly prepared was super COLD ! Avoid this franchise

Absolutely shocking service! Was more interested about online orders while in store orders food was sat there prepared and ready for 10mins. The big girl that looked in charge and bagging food up for the drive-thru, spent more time typing on her phone and scrolling thru it.... if she's in charge,, then no wonder the place is abysmal for service!!
