Anita in the lingerie department went above and beyond helping my wife to shop for bra and pants today. I witnessed great care and attention to the customer together with Anita’s brilliant knowledge of the products. Due to Alzheimer’s my wife is unsure about sizes and styles. Anita took charge in such a kind manner. She was amazing and we felt so lucky she’d been there to help so willingly. This lovely lady made our day as well as solving a problem that had been causing my wife a lot of stress. Thank you so much Anita. You’re a star!

This post is specifically for the one lady who help me with my bra purchased today. I went to M&S Redhill branch to purchased my bra, asked for help and was amazed at how wonderful and attentive this lady was. I didn't catch her name but she was about 5.4 black lady and she was amazing at what she does. If she isn't already promoted, she needs to be. She needs to at least be a trainer and representative of your branch. She knew what I needed straight away. Another lady with her daughter was also in the room and she also helped her. I don't usually leave a review but this one was worth my time because she gave me her time and attention. Thank you xx

I received first class service from Anita who kindly helped me bra shop for my pending holiday!! She was skilled, knowledgeable and patient. I'm really thankful I got to shop at the time she was working, made such a difference to my shop and to my general day. I'll be returning there again, and hope to receive some more great service in the future.

Friendly, efficient staff. Shopped Children's department today. Store was well stocked but the woman did go downstairs to storeroom to check for sizes for me and was very helpful as she completed our uniform. Store was tidy and bathrooms were clean. The food hall was busy and re-stocking was happening. We will shop this location again.
