Lovely food as always. Usually pop in here throughout the year on a Sunday usually. Roast dinners are amazing very generous and a really good price. The beef is lush always tender and delicious.

The food was excellent. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of all of our meals. Great service. The atmosphere is good, but the choice of background music needs some attention because it doesn't suit the nature of the pub.

Popped in for a quick lunch and immediately felt the friendly atmosphere walking in the door. Had a fabulous Thai fishcakes and some amazing sweet potato chips. First rate service and first rate food.

Amazing food. Ate here both Saturday evening and Sunday lunch time, both times were great. The lamb roast I had for Sunday lunch was quite possibly the best I’ve ever eaten at a pub. Fantastic all round, great staff and such a lovely, friendly manager. Would definitely recommend everyone to visit.

This is the second time we have visited this beautiful pub, the food here is sublime, I had the Irish seafood chowder and my husband had the burger, on the second visit I had the pork roast, it was the best roast ever.

Excellent food, two good real ales and a very friendly and efficient barmaid / waitress. Beautiful countryside just outside for walking. What is there not to like?

Very nice cod and chips for two. Good beer. Not so sure about the wine, but it was free with the fish and chips and wasn't too bad. Very reasonably priced.
