Two weeks in a row order has been either completely swapped for another customers or missing more than 4 items ( both times drive through ) also over hearing others complaining of the same things. On the second visit we checked before …
There were 3 people inside that had ordered food and it took over 10 minutes for them to get food even though it was a basic order. They definitely prioritised the drive thru. Avoid going inside at all costs.
Really bad experience. I odered food to be delivered via the McDonald's app. The food took over an hour to arrive, meaning it was cold. Half the items I paid for were also missing. I rang up the restaurant and they refused to refund me or give me the items that were missing.
OUTRAGEOUS!! We waited an hour in the queue just for us to end up with missing items from our order. We ordered the mcshaker fries but no sachet or bag literally just overpayed for regular fries, we ordered large mccrispy meal for us to get a medium.
i don’t recommend.
I was in maccies with my dearest friends and ella counted her chicken nuggies and saw she only had 6 when she had ordered 9. This devastated ella and so we spoke to the kindest server we know our beloved Sandra… Words can’t describe how happy this made ella, Thank you Sandra x
McDonald’s has definitely gone downhill recently. Their ‘bigger dips’ have gotten smaller and smaller every year and now they are half full as well. Taken away the sour cream dip as well. Forgot my double cheeseburger off my order tonight and chips were already cold after a 5 min drive. Poor.
