Everything about this pub is nice other than the fact that the lady working the bar was unapologetically flirting with my boyfriend right in front of me. Very rude and hurtful behavior. Would not recommend ordering from her if you’re in a relationship as she will actively try and sabotage.

Food is maily Spanish tapas, which is very nice. I have been a few times over the years and staff have always been friendly. Good selection of wines and all the usual drinks you'd expect. Decor is nice. Small critic is the table wasn't wiped clean. Would recommend for anyone passing by.

Update, I recently attended the Venture in and I was very impressed with the new menu. Great variety to choose from. We had the Biltong chips and Bunny chow. They were both very well presented and tasted amazing. Will be going back to try …
Had only been here to watch the rugby before but came in for lunch one Saturday and don’t know why we haven’t eaten here before! The tapas was absolutely gorgeous. Highly recommend the chorizo in cider and garlic prawns - just order extra …
Not only that they serve tapas but also lovely steak ciabatta sandwich. Good drink selection and pleasant, airy interiors. Good people behind the bar !
Great Pub for watching sport. Beers are excellent, lots of spirits to choose from and the Wine List is excellent. But best of all is the Spanish food. Excellent tapas and superb Paella.
