Best coffee, with the best staff. Had a great experience, Zak & Dean were excellent, as usual. Last coffee of the year, couldn’t have spent it with 2 nicer people.

Ridiculously slow service here now. It used to be very good but recently there seem to be less staff working and those that still are don't seem able to cope.
