The Courtyard

4 person walk-in on Sunday. 4 X Sunday lunch 1x pork 3x beef. Excellent food quality. Well cooked. Well presented. Not piled high , so enough space afterwards for a pudding. Staff - attentive,friendly, helpful & professional. Clean restaurant & bar area. Nice garden / open area to rear . Nice decor. Surprisingly large for such a hidden town centre entrance. Recommended. I'll deffo go again ...

Today i took my family and a friend to the Courtyard for a Sunday dinner, myself and my friend had the pork dinners and my partner had the beef, Both types of meats just melted in your mouth, beautifully cooked, juicy and full of flavour, the veggies were also perfectly cooked and full of flavour, dinners were well presented served pipping hot. The children Shared a pizza off the kids menu, it looked and smelled delicious and the kids certainly enjoyed their food. I felt all meals had great value for money and fantastic portion sizes. We even stayed to try the deserts, (not that we had room left for pudding) but after a little break from eating, my partner and my friends had the cheese cake, the kids had a bowl of ice cream and I had the brownies. Smaller portions, but you certainly didn't need a big one after the amount of dinner we all enduldged in. The puddings were beautiful, very morish, not sickly in the slightest Service was fast friendly and very accommodating, fantastic customer service. Beautiful little restaurant very well managed by the the young man I believe is Called James he certainly knows his stuff, definitely an asset to the company and to the Courtyard since he has taken over, I do hope the young man gets the recognition he deserves. Keep up the great work, will definitely be recommending the Courtyard to friends and family.
