Great restaurant. About 10 of us from the motorbike club came here Saturday night as nowhere in Rhayader seems to be able to cope with a big table on a weekend evening. Vlad looked after us real well, made us feel vey welcome. The food came out pretty quick and was spot on. Everyone enjoyed the food
Apprehensive re 1* rating but barmaid in local pub praised the good food so we gave it a go. No problems at all. Lovely food. Ample portions. Excellent service. Don't worry - it's delicious.

We stayed in Rhayader for four nights and decided to have a curry on our last night.. We had a little wait for the food. But this isn't a problem as the food was excellent. Clearly it was freshly prepared and so was well worth the wait. I would even say it was the best Curry I have ever tasted. So m

Decided to go to the Spice Hut for our 30th Anniversary and so glad we did. The food was superb from starter of onion bhaji to vegetable bhuna and nan. The service was excellent and Vlad looked after us impeccably. Will definitely go again.

A completely new menu, with lots of the old ones too. There are far too many to name, so you'll just have to go and try the place out. Indian cuisine, as you'd expect from a well liked restaurant.

Both of us couldn't fault our meal. Everything was fragrant & tasted absolutely lovely. Portions were large. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, they were very attentive.

Great curry house. Pickle tray (especially their "red sauce") is soooo good. Nicest peshwari nan I've had in a long time and same can be said for their butter chicken(asked them to make it 2 chillis strength instead of 1 and it was perfect). Without a doubt the best curry I have eaten to date, loads of flavour and heat, extremely generous with the amount of lamb, and perfectly cooked!

Excellent. As good as it gets and I should know. Staff were good. I had takeaway and portion sizes were huge. In fact I put half back in fridge and had it for tea following day. Huge portions, great quality food, plenty of chicken. Will use again.
