Stopped by the stand at the Cardiff food festival and had a raspberry ripple and lemon and lime cheesecake. Hands down, this was the best ice cream I have ever had! The lemon and lime cheesecake was incredible! If I could buy it by the tub I most certainly would! It’s a shame I don’t live closer to the parlour!
I always have a boat with 2 scoops - either Mint Choc Chip or Coconut with Lemon & Lime Cheesecake. Yesterday, I felt like having a change so I asked if I could taste a little bit of the Burnt Sugar flavour ice-cream - OMG! It was absolutely amazing! On one end of my boat, I had the sour taste of lime & on the other, the burnt, almost caramel-like sweetness of burnt sugar! Will definitely be back for another very soon (or maybe even a tub...) YUM! :P
First time for me to go here. It was a good experience with lots of different ice creams to choose from. It was busy but had lots of seating both inside and out. Ended up taking a few tubs home. I've never seen so many different ice creams to choose from. The shop itself is very modern and a great design and the staff were warm and friendly.
Love this place. Such good ice cream, waffles, crepes, sundaes, milkshakes, ice cream, did I mention the ice cream? Also does vegan sorbet options.

Considering I haven't been to sub Zero since before the pandemic & to the point its been nearly 11 months since I solid cold turkey quit smoking, the ice cream tastes 1000 times better ❤️

Excellent place to visit for an indulgent ice cream dessert!. Choices of waffles and crepes or sundaes with over 60 ice creams to choose from. Helpful and kind staff. Extremely clean throughout with staff cleaning tables and all food prep areas constantly. Take away ice creams available in tubs of various sizes. Full disability access throughout and disabled toilets. Parking kerbside on an retail and industrial estate. Outside seating area too when weather permits. Well worth a visit!
Wow ! Connor served us and brought our desserts to the table . We changed the flavours , the Eton mess was absolutely delicious and Peach Melba stunning Thanks guys for a great birthday treat . 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for staff product and tables to eat from . Amazing time . Thank you 🤩

The ice cream is top-notch and they have really good staff. You have the option of trying the different flavours before you buy the ice cream. There is ample space inside and outside if you want to hang around. Simply awesome
