Go here most days for my lunchtime food while on break in work. Staff are always very friendly, polite and helpful. I usually have either the salad or a baguette and can not complain about the portion sizes or even the quality. Always fresh.

We often pop in here to grab something to eat. The food is always fresh, and there is always so much to choose from. There is plenty of fresh salad, and then also plenty of hot food to choose from. The mixed rice is absolutely lush !! The girls in there are absolutely brilliant. Even when they are rushed off their feet, they always make you feel welcome, and nothing is too much trouble for them. I honestly recommend delicious if you've not tried it, yet you're really missing out !!

I like it here too my care wirker brought me here to also try this cafee been to five now all cafes are good place to eat and unwind

This Cafe surprised me, it's on the main road in Ystrad, parking is a bit difficult but worth finding a space and walking down. Menu is simple, but it has plenty of variety and options. I had a jacket potato and salad. It was lovely and fresh and plenty of choice. The choice of panini's and hot baguettes is really good. The service was friendly and the stay in dining area is lovely and clean. I will go back and try a hot baguette next time

Absolutely Delicious food. Staff are really friendly. Very reasonably priced. Our favourite place to eat. Everything on the menu is fabulous to be honest
