Kfc

2 people in front of me l went to the counter for service 2 people serving behind the counter, all l wanted were 2 ice creams they were messing about and talking to l assume friends stood near the counter. My order was taken with a "you only want ice cream!!!" Then l had to wait for someone to come from the back to serve the ice cream. The only thing that was fast was me leaving.

After having a great meal here tonight thought I would thank the team serving and cooking the meal. My thanks go out to Jessica, Josh, Josh TW front service and the chefs Jack and Lee. Great team supervisor Elijah. On my way from Durham to Conwy we stopped off for a meal. This is by far the best KFC we have been to. The chips are great! We sat in to eat and were served within minutes with a hot meal. Appreciate the service and the good food. Very friendly staff.

We use this KFC when on days out in Rhyl as it’s aways from the tourist queues and you can always get a parking spot. The store is always clean and tidy however the payment machines are not always available often it’s just one and for those of us who are anti social these are invaluable now. The staff are a little hit and miss with most being very friendly and helpful and others stand-off and stoic so it’s always opposite ends of the scale what you get. This last visit we (not for the first or last time) we’re shorted on our order so I had to go back into the store and request the missing items which luckily I got one of the helpful staff who was quick and friendly and rectified the shortage super quick The store itself is always clean and tidy with currently only straws on offer to grab yourself everything else needs to be requested from behind the counter. One improvement I would suggest is that the store although clean and tidy it looks sterile and uncomfy the chairs are wooden and stiff and not great to sit on after a minute or two
