I've been to many Subway stores and this store was by far the best I've been too. The staff was amazing, we asked them to change there gloves because of our allergies, and they went above and beyond. The whole team changed there gloves and cleaned everything down and I mean everything, the sides, oven handles and changed all knives before starting our order and I have never had that type of service from any other Store. 5🌟 service all day long 🙂

All the staff went above and beyond today 6/8/21 I'm coeliac and they cleaned everywhere even the oven and I've been in the Rhyl store when the manager was showing new members of staff what to do with gluten free. I have been in a few different subways and none have ever gone above and beyond like they did so I would like to say a HUGE thank you to all the staff for making me feel safe xx

So happy with the service I received today. I usually find the ordering structure of Subway stressful, especially as a vegan but the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Immediately changed their gloves for me and helped me through my order with kindness. Absolutely love their TLC sub and vegan cookies. Such a lovely vegan option.

Nice and clean good covid procedures except when busy as there's no space to social distance but it's a small store so can't be helped nice friendly staff though

Came in with my family yesterday, and as a big group thought it would be a bit hectic, however the server (Beth i think her name was) was very professional and handled all of our orders very well. Thank you Subway :)

Lovely lady serving went in sat 1st feb in the morning, she was really friendly and helpful helped my wife with her coupons too, we soooo enjoyed our subs fresh and tasty great hot drinks and value for money, all very clean and tidy! Totally recommend here, we will be in again soon one of the best subways we've been in!!!
