Sarah and Jay are really accommodating when we go there. When my little boy has his moments they just take it in their stride but don't make you feel silly for then having a moment yourself (they will even do a dance to cheer you up) I've been to a few parties at planet play and can honestly say both Sarah and Jay go above and beyond! My boys love the digger den and and my little girl is just getting old enough to enjoy the soft play area. There is always a range of activites to do and the food is just 🤩. Very reasonably priced and I can't wait for summer to enjoy the bouncy castles!

Visited Planet Play today for the first time with my two boys after reading great reviews. I will definitely be returning! The service received by the owners was excellent, the prices were reasonable and the play area kept my toddler happy for over 3 hours. He especially loved mixing with the different age kids. Considering many other play areas charge for a 1-2 hour slot and don’t even offer hot food I think it’s amazing what the owners are offering. Even when it was getting busy, there was never too long a wait for food/drink. They have an outdoor area with crazy golf and a bouncy castle which we didn’t even need to try out as my son was having plenty of fun inside with the other kids. Thanks for helping me tire him out today, he should sleep well tonight :)

Visited today for a birthday party, and was so impressed with the involvement of the owners. Sodt play, food, slushies, slime making and a foam fight on the bouncy castle. They made the exsperiance so much more special for the birthday girl and her friends!! Would highly recommend taking your little ones to play! I will be returning with my girls very soon!

Honestly these guys saved my sons birthday! I booked last moment to hire out for a birthday party, and I couldn’t of wished for a better venue for my sons party, bouncy castle, soft play and food with slushies what more could kids want at a party, and the staff well they were amazing super friendly and super attentive to the hungry stressed adults 😂😂, I will definitely be using these guys again without a doubt! My sons birthday was saved by you guys Thankyou so much. And best of all the “Karen’s” of the parents didn’t complain once about the venue which is an added bonus!!! Thankyou guys from the bottom of my heart my son loved his birthday party and hasn’t stopped going on about it xx

Planet Play Towyn is a fabulous family oriented soft play & craft centre full of activities for children which include painting pottery & slime making! They also hold birthday parties with special guests, serve food, drinks, have a bouncy castle and also, they now have a beautiful bar area! You can down in and outside in this beautiful historic building right in the centre of Towyns Coast Road.

We recently went to Rhyl and faced with bad weather looked for somewhere indoors to take our two year old. We found this place and we were delighted. The place has a very friendly community feel. The people who run it were very welcoming and (unlike some larger venues) rather than immediately asking for money on the opening of the doors told us to settle in and have a brew and we sorted the bill later. There seemed to be bespoke craft sessions on for those who wanted (my son was more than happy climbing on the apparatus and playing on the slide). The equipment was clean, safe and we could enjoy a brew whilst being able to see our son at all times. There is a small sand pit outside too which is undercover. We also found that the prices for refreshments were very reasonable (again unlike other venues we have been to where a tea costs more than the admission) We would certainly recommend this to other families and will visit again when we're next in the area as this is great value for money.

Great place. Had 5 year olds birthday party. Fantastic staff, great space, new outdoor digger den excellent. Reasonably priced. Food provided. Great place to go for little ones to play, and you can have a coffee. Older kids can paint pots or make slime. Need to book in advance now since covid, but tables cleaned after each visitor. Very clean. Can't recommend enough.
