Absolutely Beautiful inside, we had a table by the window overlooking the river! ANTONIO was an absolute delight!!!! JUST amazing hospitality and the Big Bills Brunch went down a treat!!! Update: 4 months later! Came back again and was served by AMY, same great service! So efficient and so lovely! Food was made so so fast and was a lovely ambience inside!!

Lovely place with stock standard British food. If you are not into experimenting and just want to relax and enjoy your time - this is your place. Good location near the river and in short walk to the parks and the station. We’ve had lunch there and ordered: Santorini salad, hippie salad, lobster linguine, and a burger. Food was served quite fast, very nicely presented and tasted expectedly well. For deserts we had: flower pot - really recommend! super yam!; banoffee and sundae. Place that won’t disappoint. 👍

Bill's Richmond is absolutely amazing. Great breakfast served by fantastic staff. Huge mention to everyone working on the team today (6/9/23) including Kai & Antonio - your service is impeccable. #firstclass. An extra special add on was an amazing Happy Birthday yummy treat. We had lunch at Bill’s without prior booking on a weekday. It was amazing!!!! From minute one Antonio made us feel very well taken care off, advising us on nice add-ons or how to best enjoy the food served. That day, there was a shortage of one ingredient in the Bill’s Big Brunch option, but we were immediately offered several alternatives to make the dish complete again. I had Bill’s burger with Brandy and pulled BBQ beef and “omg” I really enjoyed it! Cannot recommend Bill’s enough in Richmond!

I wanted to visit Richmond because I wanted to walk through the life of Ted Lasso. But you know whatever the real star of the show was this restaurant and our server Nelly. She was absolutely incredible. She handled my 5 year old with a smile and took care of his odd demands with 0 issue. She made him feel amazing and made our entire evening. Drinks were amazing. The deserts we had were absolutely one of the best I’ve had. Not only that, my cousin spilled her drink by accident and without any fuss they replaced her drink. We only came for desert and drinks and it was the highlight of our trip to Richmond. Highly recommend this place!!

I absolutely enjoyed my birthday celebration at bill’s. Everything from the food, vibe and service was outstanding. I was served by the lovely margarita who made sure everything was up to the T and looked after us from the start to the finish along with Harrison who was so patient and professional when serving us. Me and my family loved the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Will definitely be making another visit very soon!
