Stopped here for lunch and had a great meal and service. The fish and chips was excellent with home-made batter and home-made tartare sauce and nicely cooked so that the fish was still moist. The salmon and dill fish cakes were fresh and tasty. There is a nice courtyard garden at the rear to sit in the sun. We’ll above average pub. Recommended.
Went for an impromptu informal lunch and was very pleasantly surprised. Food and service was excellent. If it had been a little warmer the garden would have tempted us.

Lovely traditional pub, situated next to Ham Common and close to Richmond Park. This family run pub offered up a great selection of beers and ales as well as a nice food menu. The staff were great and very attentive, and the food arrived quickly. The portion was generous and the food overall was nicely presented and tasty
In a word excellent! Fabulous food, best pub lunch I've had in ages: 'Dirty Fries' totally recommended. Mum had the Fish & Chips, a child's portion, still too much for her to finish & my hubby the Shepherds Pie, which he was delighted with.
Pints of Adnams & a Coke for Mum completed our lunch experience, one that we will most certainly do again.

We went to The New Inn for a father's day Sunday lunch. The food and service were excellent. The beer garden is an oasis on a hot, sunny day. We have been here on a number of occasions - recommended.
A very nice pub by Ham Common. It has a decent selection of beers including Heineken and Moretti on tap at a reasonable price.
Sadly there was torrential rain during the visit so the garden was unusable. I’d never seen rain like it! A great place to visit after some cricket on the common too, which is regularly played on summer Saturdays and some 20/20 games on a Wednesday. Opening times can be limited though, so check before visiting.
Lovely local pub. Nice stuff, nice interior.
Wonderful lunch outdoors in the walled garden. Varied menu at sensible prices. Service was warm, friendly and efficient. Dogs welcome.
