Despite living in Richmond most of my life, today was the first time I had spotted this little gem of a tearoom. Lovely friendly staff and a great selection of food. Even a number of vegan dishes and 3 vegan deserts, I was spoilt for choice! Will definitely be going back :)
Amazing place! Delicious food suitable for vegetarians and vegans! Also, great deserts! Staff were super tolerant and let even a party of 10 in the smaller room! Thoroughly recommend. Lastly, the prices are reasonable too.

The only potential downside is that it's reached by a narrow staircase, so isn't accessible to wheelchair users.
Absolutely fantastic as always, popped in for lunch with our daughter. The food was fantastic & big portions, when the staff found out it was our daughters birthday she was given a slice of cake & sung happy birthday. We will definitely be back.

Stopped for lunch today at Duncan’s Tearooms with my wife and parents. I can honestly say all four of us agreed it was the best lunch we have had anywhere for a very long time. Food and service were both impeccable.
Absolutely lovely. Formal afternoon tea. Took my daughter there for her birthday. The staff brought out desserts with candles. The staff are so lovely. Also gave her a plant in a gorgeous pot.
