What a lovely place, very busy but still managed excellent service with a cheerful, lovely barmaid who went that extra mile despite having to have 10 hands. My sons burger and chips looked amazing (kids menu). My husband and son both got a jumbo sausage in a bun and I ordered a chicken burger. When it came out I realised I had been given a beef burger in error, I assured them this was not a problem at all, but at the end of our meal they refunded me the cost of my meal despite my protest! The food was beautiful and real proper chips! We will definitely be back! Thank you.
Looking at the menu and very reasonably priced the food was I must admit I was not expecting much, I ordered the beef ciabatta which came with a small side of roast potatoes and gravy, it was amazing and only around £6, I had a side of vegetables on the side too which were perfectly cooked! The service was very friendly (unlike another bar/restaurant we went into for coffee earlier in the day) and I certainly would not hesitate eating here again and I highly recommend!
Superb Sunday Lunch and generally great pub food. Great value. Good quality home cooked pub food. Highly recommend for feeding the family. 4 roast beef and drinks all round for just £54. Can’t beat it locally.
Had lunch here with the family on Saturday. What a wonderful place. The atmosphere was so friendly. The staff were really helpful and great with the kids. Food was spot on. Have been a few times for food now and absolutely love the place. Would highly recommend if you're visiting Richmond.
Called in today, just for a quick pint, the girls were brilliant, nothing was too much for them. They even brought a bowl of water out for my dog, and some gravy bones, (we were very welcome to stay inside too). Will definitely be back!
We returned for Sunday lunch again on Mother's Day. It was outstanding as usual. We return here every time we are in the area. One of the best Sunday lunches I have ever eaten! Everything tasty and cooked to perfection. Highly recommend!

Really nice. Quick service, but it was quietetish. Ceasar salad needed a bit more bacon but that's all. Dog friendly. Nice atmosphere. Background Music not too loud. Deffo worth a visit.
